When I needed
to build a web site for my 2011
Minnesota Duck Stamp prints, I was going
to work with a friend of a friend. That
fell through twice. So I decided to have
it done professionally. As soon as I met
Rich I knew he was the kind of person I
wanted to work with.
By then I was behind on this project
because I was ready to send out
brochures that included my web address.
Problem was I had no web site. Rich sat
down with me and went over everything I
was looking for in a web site and within
a couple of days had one designed for
me. I thought it looked great.
Then I was having trouble getting my
authorization code to have my domain
changed. I think a lot of companies
would have put my project on the back
burner at this time waiting for me to
get this figured out, but Rich stayed in
constant contact and “coached” me
through it. Before I knew it my web site
was live and I got my brochures out. I
couldn’t have asked for a better
experience.
